Shaft Submersible Pump Units (SSPU) (АНПШ)

The plant offers long-term and mutually profitable cooperation on manufacturing, delivery, commissioning, and maintenance of shaft submersible pump units. Насосы АНПШSSPU – shaft submersible pump units not having any analogues in the CIS countries, intended for pumping water from collieries, open pits, tunnels, wells, etc. In comparison with traditional pumps and submersible electric motors used for these purposes as well as with iSPU – shaft submersible pump units not having any analogues in the CIS countries, intended for pumping water from collieries, open pits, tunnels, wells, etc. In comparison with traditional pumps and submersible electrimport analogues SSPU have a number of advantages: – ranges of delivery – from 25 up to 630 m3/h; – ranges of head from 50 up to 450 m – fitness of units to parameters of domestic power supplies (for imported equipment maximum deviations of power line pressure, as a rule, make only 5 %); – availability of electric motor cooling cover which allows to use the unit in the open space; – a complete set with a tight submersible electric motor АДП – wide use of copper and stainless steel in wetted parts and case details. Brief characteristics: схема установкиoperating mode – lasting; voltage of alternating-current network – 380V (for electric motors with output over 250 kW – 3000V); general mineralization (solids content) – no more than 8000 mg/l; hydrogen index (pH) – from 5,5 up to 9,5; temperature of handled water – up to 60°C; mass fraction of firm mechanical impurity – no more than 0, 1 %; chloride content – no more than 800 mg/l; sulfates content – no more than 2000 mg/l; hydrogen sulphide content – no more than 5 mg/l.
